Using Shortcut Keys in Word 2007

Although most of the shortcut keys in Word 2007 are same as those in Word 2000 and Word 2003, in MS Word 2007, Microsoft has provided a new system for these shortcut keys. Earlier, you had to memorize shortcut keys like CTRL + U to underline a word or sentence but now you will not have to memorize these shortcuts as in Word 2007, there is a simple and visual way to know what you need to press. In this version you will press “ALT” and several keyboard shortcuts will be appeared on the top of toolbars buttons. Some of the shortcuts are given below:
